In the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC), the situation has worsened significantly in 2025. Intense fighting, primarily involving the M23 rebel group, reportedly backed by Rwanda, has escalated across North Kivu, South Kivu, and Ituri. Schools and health centers are under constant threat, and internal displacement has now surpassed 7 million people. This is why we remain deeply committed to supporting children’s education, while also helping ensure their safety and access to quality learning environments. Our focus is to provide children with the resources and protection they need,so they not only survive but also thrive through safe and continuous education.
