We are a charitable organisation that’s mission is to improve education and healthcare for vulnerable children and community. Our principle is to give support to those most in need at ground level, direct to where it is needed.
Every child and adult deserves the opportunity to live a healthy and fulfilled life with physical, mental well-being, yet hundreds of million are born in abject poverty.
The purpose of our charity is to provide children and vulnerable people, the vital education and support they need.
As much as 30-40% of all donations from majority of charities are spent on administrative costs. In our charity there is £0 spend on administrative costs, all these are provided by Dr De Silva and team.
Our Why?
I, Dr Julian De Silva came from humble upbringings, my parents never had a new car or fancy holidays, however they believed strongly in education, perseverance and gritty determination. I am grateful for their investment in my education, school, university and a further 15years specialising in one area of medicine I truly appreciate the education I have been fortunate to receive. Without the many teachers, professors and the opportunities that these bring I would not have become the person I am. I wish to continue the legacy of education and healthcare for a generation of people born into more challenging circumstances, and to provide opportunities to improve their lives and community through education and good health.
